The CMS Service Center and Online Service Booking module is designed to seamlessly integrate into in the CMS LMS and Service management module. The easy-to-use solution is configured to provide dealerships with a stronger approach to managing service customers, and tracking.
The CMS Customer Relationship module (CRM) creates and stores complete customer records from all areas of your dealership. This creates a complete record of the customer, their vehicles and interaction history, which enables effective customer aftersales management.
The module also tracks and reports on all aftersales contacts such CSI and Concern Logging (CRP) with case logging and interdepartmental communication ability.
The CMS Service Centre features the following easy-to-use functions:
• Online Service booking from your web site. All bookings are directly injected into the Service Centre Booking module.

• CMS Inspection app is a tablet driven solution, assisting with electronic check in when customer arrives, to record the condition of the vehicle before entering the workshop.
• Tracking of the service event during the day, with e-mail, WhatsApp and SMS notifications that can be triggered once vehicle nears completion of service.
• Carry-over management with tracking of vehicle and alerts communication to customer in event of delayed action.
